Janie was absolutely amazing! She worked tirelessly until my husband and I were officially moved in to our new home. Janie is the type of agent that really listens to and hears her clients. While she was extremely helpful in offering her professional advice, she looked for the things that we had explicitly said we wanted. Buying a home during the summer of 2021 was difficult enough because of the way the market was, we were so lucky to have Janie representing us in such a competitive and crazy market. She was extremely professional and responsive, and her hard word took all of the stress of buying a house off of our shoulders, which is exactly what you want in an agent! Not only that but she was very knowledgeable, familiar with all Bay Area cities, small towns, and neighborhoods, and she did not rest until we were comfortably moved in. Mary helped me purchase my home in Walnut Creek. She is terrific. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her. I rave about her to any I know who is buying or selling a home. She was very aggressive in getting me a great price, in getting concessions after the inspection, and in working at a lightning fast pace to get repair people in. She worked her rolodex to call the best repair people and mortgage broker in the county. In one case where the vendor was busy, she phoned the CEO for me and called in a favor to make repairs. And yet, she's incredibly kind and nice to work with when it comes to the buyer-agent relationship. She is EXTREMELY proactive and results-driven, and saved me money - and yet is a breeze to work with and super friendly.

Mary is FANTASTIC. She helped me buy a home. I've worked with three realtors to buy and sell three different homes, and she's my favorite realtor by far. She got me a fantastic deal, then got the price down further after inspections, got me a mortgage broker, and even called in a bunch of favors to get the repair work done asap after the inspections. She even caught things I didn't see and I'm picky. She's very aggressive at getting an incredible deal for her clients, and yet she's incredibly friendly and easy to work with when it comes to the buyer-agent relationship.
