Jan is excellent. I literal woke up one morning, decided it was time to move and contacted Jan. She was sold my home and was my agent for my condo. Her expertise was apparent as we toured several properties. For instance, one location presented a condo as two bedrooms and Jan immediately stepped in and said without no. There are nuances in real estate, additional bedrooms can command a higher price, but the property did not have two means of egress. I was in the buyer daze and knew nothing. Once we established my desired location, in a market with limited inventory, Jan was diligent in her pursuit of agents with available properties. This is just one example. She had wonderful suggestion around the sale of my property. At the end of three months, I’d sold a home and closed on a condo. I highly recommend Jan.

Ruhi exceeded all expectations. Her professionalism and sharpness impressed us when we were originally trying to find a real estate agent to represent us as buyers. This initial interaction manifested into her personal dedication to help us find the best home for us. She was always available, sharing her experience and perspective on how to think through different scenarios, and putting each listing we saw into context. Once we found "the one", the real work began. Ruhi continued to go above and beyond by being near-instant with our offer, our paperwork, and all communication with the seller/seller's agent. She helped us navigate the buying process, the loan process, the negotiations, and the closing process - all without any issues arising or delays. We can't express enough in an online review our gratitude for the unimaginable amount of work Ruhi put in (that we witnessed and behind the scenes) that made the process enjoyable for us. In the end we got our dream home, and we feel so lucky to have had Ruhi as our agent. If we ever need to sell or buy a home again, we couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

Ruhi is amazing! She is a go-getter and delivers beyond our expectations. She helped us buy our home 8+ years ago, and we've stayed connected over the years so it was a no brainer to ask her to be the listing agent when we decided to sell our home recently. She was able to get our house sold in no time and was very transparent around all the details and the timelines thru each stage of the selling-process. One thing that stands out about Ruhi against other realtors we've come into contact with is that she's very honest & genuine. She treats you as if you're her only client, never drops the ball and stays in constant communication. Louie is fantastic! We’ve worked with him as a buyer and a seller and each experience was great. As a buyer, Louie never pressured us to fall in love with a home that wasn’t ultimately right for us. As a seller, Louie was on the ball and got our house sold for well over asking. This was no easy feat as we were up against a deadline because of a continent offer we had made in another home.
