Very active and communicative, Sylvana guided us through our first home buying experience with ease and little headache. She is very strategic and full of experience in dealing with the other side - be it the seller or the seller’s agent. We were able to get a house for a really good price with sensible bidding tactics that allow us to realize value much more than what we pay.
