Sheila is an excellent realtor! She takes the time to explain everything and anything you ask and responds to emails, calls and texts quickly. Sheila gave us her honest opinion but didn’t push us into any decision, always allowing us choose how we felt best to proceed. If we ever had an issue she was quick to get it resolved and worked with the realtors, financing, title agency so we didn’t have to. Sheila was well researched on the areas we were looking at (there were several) and always had up to date information on comps for us to make informed decisions. She offered to do several open houses and went to great lengths to get exposure for our house, which helped us to sell our house faster. Sheila also worked hard to help us find the right company for financing on our new home. This was our second time using Sheila as our realtor and we wouldn’t go to anyone else.
