Paula made the home buying experience extremely pleasant. From the moment we toured the home, all the way through closing, I felt properly represented. Paula made it a priority to keep her schedule very flexible as well as keep me in the loop the entire time. When there was an issue with the property prior to closing, Paula communicated with the sellers agent in an extremely professional and time efficient manner, and would not let me close on the house until I was comfortable with the work done. I did not feel pressured at all during the process, and knew I could reach out to her for anything!

I was told at the beginning when I was introduced to If I follow Marty's suggestions that it would be a quick sell. Boy did it ever come true. Right away we had 3 good offers the first backed out, but the next one in line jumped on it. Mary proved herself from the beginning all the way to the end. Mary is well versed in the Real Estate field. We found her on a fluke at a home viewing. Mary is very professional and on point in her field. She sold our house for us. She took great care in keeping us informed of the sale process to completion. She also helped us find our new home, which we love. She is a very good negotiator too.
