Mary came in at the right moment and setup the best way to sell my house while moving to another state. She helped me project manage the work needed to be completed and I was able to sell above asking within 3 days all because of her experience in the market and area.
Mary was very understanding of our situation and presented everything up front. She always kept me updated which I really appreciated. She got us offers above what we were asking and it was a very quick, smooth transaction. She is great!
We were so fortunate to have found Mary when we first began looking for homes -- right from the start we knew she was going to find us the right home, in the right neighborhood, at the right price. She was so patient over our year-long search for a home, and she helped us every step of the way. There was not a single question we asked that she didn't give an answer to, whether in the moment or after having looked into it for us right away -- and as first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and concerns as we viewed properties. She addressed each one with knowledge and thoughtfulness, and commented on the details that really matter to a home buyer, like the quality of construction, finish, appliances, potential renovations, etc. Her knowledge seemed endless, and she always went the extra mile for us. With Mary it remained clear that her focus was on finding the right home for us, not on closing a deal or rushing the process, like I know some realtors do. We cannot possibly speak highly enough of our experience with Mary, and will absolutely be recommending her to anyone in the market for a realtor in the future!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Mary. Every aspect was handled with extreme professionalism. (she took care of everything!!) Thank you Mary!!
