Reviewed a few agents and agencies and decided to go with Kevin. Needed to sell our home within a month when we weren't really ready but found a home in Georgia that accepted contingency and those were the terms. Kevin got it done but unfortunately the people in Georgia backed out of the deal. We found another one soon after and now live our retirement in Georgia. Kevin did what he promised and is a pretty good guy to work with. But it was only for a month soooo🤪

Mike was awesome! He was actually the sellers agent but we liked him so much we used him as our buyer agent as well. He went out of his way to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and handled promptly is a professional and satisfactory manner. He also provided us with outside vendor and service recommendations to help make the ownership transition smooth and hassle free. This home was placed on the market at the same time a slight down turn in potential buyers occurred. Mike was persistent in having open houses and keeping us up to date on potential buyers. Mike also arranged a couple of minor repairs that were required as a result of the buyers home inspection. Something that saved us a lot of time as we were out of state.

My experience with Karen Nicholson was great, she’s professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market. We got in touch with Karen on a Saturday and she asked about all the things that was important for us when looking at houses. The next day on Sunday she had 8 houses for us to look at and was scheduled in order from the nearest to furthest. I was very impress by the way she was able to plan the appointments in a short period. We viewed all the homes on that Sunday and found one that we was interested in. That same night Karen wrote up an offer letter to the sellers agent and that same week they accepted our offer.
