I would highly highly recommend David to anyone buying a house. My wife and I are first time buyers and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. When looking at houses his keen eye helped us notice all details and we took our time to find the house that was right for us. We never felt rushed. And every step of the way he was very transparent with everything that was going on and always gave us great advice. And on top of all that he took us out to eat! I was given David's name by a friend who had used him as their realtor. They were very happy and impressed with his experience as a realtor and thought he would be able to help me and they were right. From the moment I first spoke with him and each time since, he has always been willing to listen and answer any questions I might have. He is extremely knowledgeable with the selling and buying aspect of real estate and he helped me with both. However, he would always advise me of all the different scenarios when having to make a decision and he was never pushy in allowing me to decide what was best for me. So, I will definitely recommend David to any of my friends or acquaintances because he made my experience so much more pleasant.

I did a search online to find the best broker/realtor to sell our home. David Burdeen showed up as one of the best with great reviews and a very impressive track record.
