David is by far the best of the best and the brightest of the brightest! He is aggressive but not pushy and has the experience to guide buyers (and sellers) in the right direction. The most remarkable aspect of our relationship was that he did not pressure us, so he could make a sale. Rather he was influential in identifying problems with potential homes that we had overlooked and thereby advised us to walk away. We are first time buyers, and purchasing a home seemed overwhelming. David from our first meeting, assured us that we were in no rush to buy. That we should take our time, and when we viewed the right home, we would know it. That’s exactly what happened.
