What we appreciate the most about David was his patience, honesty, and his expertise. We approached David as a newly engaged couple not really sure what we were looking for and with a year to wait until we were actually looking to move in. David did not turn us away but kept in contact with us and continued to send us listings to help us get the idea of what we liked. Whenever we visited a location we appreciated Davids honesty and how knowledgable he was about things we may not normally think about (fire escapes, history of flood, roofing). Where do I start? David was outstanding! I have worked with many agents over the years and David by far has been the best. Prompt at getting things done, very knowledgeable, made great suggestions and made sure I was in the loop throughout the entire process. David was AWESOME. He did everything to make things not just easier, but comfortable. David did all that was asked and went above and beyond the call of duty. David is very knowledgeable about properties to the point where me and my family were able to look at properties and know if we were really interested.
