From being spot on with where the market was to list at the best possible price and then to be so responsive and aggressive with marketing the home. Then when the offers came in he was professional and  negotiated top dollar to get it closed. Through the entire process David was there guiding us and was a relief to have him as our agent.

When we decided to buy a new home, David was the first person I thought of. I have known him for several years on a different business level and he was courteous and professional. He immediately set up an appointment with the most knowledgeable mortgage specialist I ever worked with (and I have  been in that business area). Not knowing exactly where we wanted to move and what type of home, David weeded out what we didn't want first with showings and questions. His expertise with homes, neighborhoods and his people skills helped us find the perfect home for us at this time in our lives. We worked together to reach the fairest price and fastest closing date. As a first-time homeowner, I had a great experience working with David. He made the whole process very smooth and easy for us. I came into this not knowing what to expect, but David was kind enough to take his time with me and my husband through every step of the way. We had been looking to buy a home for over a year now and David has been there with us from the very beginning. You can really tell that he has a lot of experience in his field. David was so knowledgeable of all of the neighborhoods we went to look at while we were searching. One of our main focal points in our search was having good schools for our two girls and David always took that into consideration while we were looking at different neighborhoods. David showed us many different homes and we never felt pressured or rushed into anything. He always had our best interest in mind and always made sure that we felt comfortable the whole time. As first time home buyers the process of buying a house seemed daunting but David was awesome! He was very helpful through every step of the process.
