About Daniel

My goal is to successfully help the buyers and sellers I work with find and market homes in the North Central Florida area. I work closely with first time home buyers, Veterans working with VA loans and students and their families looking to secure houses for new comers to the University of Florida , Santa Fe College and other learning institutions. I am also dedicated to working with Doctors and Nurses in the Gainesville and surrounding areas to secure homes close to Shands, North Florida Regional and other medical facilities. I was Born Miami, Florida and have lived in Gainesville Florida since 1970. I completed my studies at the University of Florida in 1974 I have owned the Enchanted Florist and currently own Unforgettable Events in Gainesville Florida. I am blessed to be married to Lupe Moser Hathcock, my wife, companion and partner in life.
