I would definitely recommend Gail Sisk!
Gail is a great agent, she pays attention to detail. She is very personable and always willing to help. She originally sold me the home seven years ago and because I had such a great experience I called her to help me sell it again when I decided to move. I highly recommend her!

Gayle Sisk is Simply the best!!
Gayle is very attentive and responsive. If she receives a messsge it is not ignored or overlooked. She will respond and let me know if she is in a Closing or meeting and let me know when she will be free. Moreover, she is an excellent Realtor. I've worked with many Realtors on personal real estate transactions and hundreds more during the course of my profession, and Gayle is by far the best. I found her to be a highly qualified and experienced Agent and from our first meeting, I sensed something different about her. She genuinely cares deeply about her clients and she gives her all when representing clients in a transaction. I found Gayle to be very worthy of my trust. That is extremely important when buying or selling property. Gayle is SIMPLY THE BEST!

Knowledgeable and great to work with
Gayle was an excellent seller's agent on this transaction. Her knowledge of the market helped us price the house and her efforts to market it were great. After the inspections revealed some necessary repairs, Gayle knew contractors to reach out to and coordinated their efforts. Asa result, the repair phase went smoothly and the closing occurred earlier than scheduled.

An Agent That Goes Above and Beyond
Gayle is a fantastic agent with years of experience, especially in the northshore area where we were selling our home. She was very knowledgeable about pricing and comparables and what we needed to do to prepare our home to sell. She was also very conscious of what work truly needed to be done and didn’t suggest unnecessary upgrades. When issues came up with the buyers’ inspections and we needed to do some more intense work on the house, she immediately contacted a variety of repairmen and had the work done quickly and competently. And because we had moved a distance away, she personally oversaw all the work done on the house. She made herself available at all times during the sale and closing process. And she never seemed ruffled. She was a calming presence and made the whole process go smoothly, despite the issues that arose. My husband and I cannot recommend her more highly.
