Gayle was an excellent seller's agent on this transaction. Her knowledge of the market helped us price the house and her efforts to market it were great. After the inspections revealed some necessary repairs, Gayle knew contractors to reach out to and coordinated their efforts. Asa result, the repair phase went smoothly and the closing occurred earlier than scheduled.

And because we had moved a distance away, she personally oversaw all the work done on the house. She made herself available at all times during the sale and closing process.
