Purchasing our Florida condo long distance from Ohio was handled with great care and professionalism thanks to Kim Jatich. Prior to our first visit to the development we were considering, Kim provided us with several walk-through videos and provided specific information about each condo we told her we wanted to see. As a result of those very informative video tours, we narrowed down our search to about 5 or 6 condos. We wasted zero time. Kim efficiently arranged for us to see those units on our first day there. We had the weekend to explore AMI and our potential island neighborhood. Before we left Florida that weekend, we confidently submitted an offer. After several rounds of successful negotiation, we made this Florida purchase from Ohio. Kim carefully monitored and managed this transaction from beginning to end. She provided us with lots of helpful Florida-centric information with regard to inspection, taxes, property standards, insurance, closing, etc. We never had to worry about anything falling through the cracks. Kim kept us informed throughout the process and sat with me during closing to be sure everything was done properly. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase! Kim is hard working, thoughtful, creative, and extremely trustworthy. She treated our transaction as if it were her own. I have known Kim since we were in junior high school.
