When going through the process of buying a home, my husband and I did not really know what to expect. We researched on our own, but nothing came close to having Junyne's first hand experience and knowledge. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and thorough in every way. She stayed on top of everything to the point that I was wondering why so many people said that buying a home was stressful. I do understand that our process was easier than most, but I truly believe that Junyne was also part of the reason we had a stress-free home-buying experience. She was accessible, accommodating, and responsive. There was never an issue with meeting deadlines even when we had a clause that required us to complete an inspection earlier in the process. Junyne stayed on top of it and ensured that we completed our inspection and sent requests back to the seller prior to that deadline. She completely exceeded my expectations for working with a realtor, and I honestly can't think of a single negative part of the time that I worked with her. I highly recommend Junyne.
