Beth Anklin Ivey review
Beth is very knowledgeable about the housing market in the Huntersville/greater Charlotte region. She connected with us before our move to Huntersville to learn what types of homes we were looking for as well as information about new development construction. She always kept us informed and called as soon as she was aware of a home in the community we have been interested in for many years was being relisted - same model as well. Beth arranged for us to tour the home that day, coordinated an offer that was accepted next day. She was always available to answer our questions, recommended a flooring contractor and met with us at the home on several occasions. She was helpful in recommending an in-town attorney which was great since we are new to the area. We were very pleased with Beth's service, energy and positive can do spirit and will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Hire Beth!!
Beth was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful! We felt like we were in good hands for our entire selling experience. She knows the market, anticipates how buyers think and feel, beautifully manages to get people interested in your property, and is a no-nonsense agent who tells it like it is. Not only should you hire her, and this is important, do what she suggests. If you do, you will get the most out of your property. We thought selling our home in twelve hours was worth the work.

An amazing agent.
Mohammad is the best! He is a great person and a great agent. Very professional yet easy going with full knowledge of the market and the area. He helped us sell our old property and buy an amazing new one when we didn’t think it would work out and made sure everything stayed on track with a very tight timeline. We will definitely be working with him again in the future!

We’ve never used a different agent
We used Beth to help us purchase our first home in 2017. Fast forward 6 years and we decided to go with Beth to not only purchase our new home but sell our beloved first home. She has impeccable market knowledge and genuinely cares about her clients as people. She wants the best for you and your family and will put in the hard work to make sure you get what you sought out for.
