Stacy was an amazing realtor. This me and my husband’s first time buying a house and she was amazing through every step in this process. She made sure to explain everything as throughly as possible so we could understand what we’re signing or agreeing to. I had a great experience working with Stacy. From the beginning, she was proactive, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the area. I had a list of homes I wanted to see and she made that happen right away. One of those ended up being the home I purchased. She communicated well throughout the entire process and was always on top of everything. She made sure the inspection was thorough and anything that we agreed needed to be fixed was fixed. She kept the process moving so we could close quickly. I really appreciate how easy she made the home buying process and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

We did a long-distance purchase of our home in Ocala. We lived in New Jersey and did a lot of searching online and had the good fortune of meeting Danielle Smith. Unfortunately, the two homes we put bids on fell through. That didn't discourage Danielle! She offered to do FaceTime/video visits of any houses we were interested in. Danielle was fantastic. She stays on top of things and makes sure everything is where it needs to be. She keeps you informed and does the “extra” things to get your house sold and closed. She was always available if I called or messaged her. I’ve sold a lot of homes and she is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.
