We did a long-distance purchase of our home in Ocala. We lived in New Jersey and did a lot of searching online and had the good fortune of meeting Danielle Smith. Danielle was fantastic. She stays on top of things and makes sure everything is where it needs to be. She keeps you informed and does the “extra” things to get your house sold and closed. Stacey was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond. It is difficult to sell a property while you are across the country. Stacy helped coordinate work with Plumbers and Carpet folks to make sure the work needed was done so that we could successfully close. She responded quickly, gave us good advice and made a huge difference in the experience for us.
