I used Danielle Smith as my real estate agent for buying my home not long ago and I’m absolutely in love with my house and the outcome. I asked Danielle to look at only two houses with me and fell in love with the second house we saw. I told her “this is it , this is the one” and not even 3 months later her and her team made all my dreams come true. Anytime I called with questions she always answered! The time came for us to sell my mom’s home and we were completely lost about where to begin. There was so much to do and neither of us knew what should be done first. Stacy had helped one of our son’s with purchasing his first home, so we gave her a call. Best decision we ever made! She gave us a timeline, a list of do’s and don’ts and we had a heart to heart discussion on what our goals were in the selling of that home. It wasn’t just a house, it was right next door, with a well-worn path made by 40 years of grandchildren going back and forth, and a lifetime of memories, so selling was very emotional.   Over the next few months, we had to clean out an attic, a shed, empty a storage trailer, conduct two estate sales, and see to several repairs. Stacy was there every step of the way providing resources and answering questions, early in the morning, late at night, on the weekend, on holidays, even on her birthday!!! She was amazing!
