Working with Carol Murtha was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. Carol was always available to go to the house we were trying to purchase. Her knowledge and friendly attitude was great! Carol would answer her calls when she was able to. If she was busy she would send a text saying she will call when she had a moment. We were never left hanging. When we needed answers to our questions she answered them right away. If she didn’t know, she would find out and get right back to us. Beyond being a realtor she was like a best friend. She would drive an hour away when we needed her to with no complaints…what a wonderful/sweet person she is. Great to work with. I would recommend Carol to anyone who needed a good realtor. Thanks Carol for ALL your help and compassion you gave us…even after we closed on our home. ☺️

I was moving from Virginia to Michigan. I know, people ask me, why. Its beautiful here. Carol worked with a friend of mine to view multiple homes. She provided me daily updates and opinions of properties, as did my friend. I selected a home after roughly 10 days and Carol continued her outstanding communication. There were a few hic-cups with the inspection and Carol worked diligently to see the process through. We closed only one day behind my preferred date but that was due to completion of seller's action to correct items with the home. It was a tremendous experience working with Carol.

Deborah Wass was fairly knowledgable about the market, communicated quickly, and was professional. However, as a first time home-buyer, there were some things that I had to figure out on my own. She would of course answer any questions I had, but as a first time buyer sometimes you don't even know what questions to ask! You don't know what you don't know in a sense. I think she would really benefit by getting ahead of the curve with first time home-buyers and being as educational as she can possibly be. I also would have appreciated her honest opinion a bit more - sometimes it felt like she was telling me what I wanted to hear. Otherwise she was very pleasant to work with and will no doubt continue to be successful as a realtor.
