Deborah Wass was fairly knowledgable about the market, communicated quickly, and was professional. However, as a first time home-buyer, there were some things that I had to figure out on my own. She would of course answer any questions I had, but as a first time buyer sometimes you don't even know what questions to ask! You don't know what you don't know in a sense. I think she would really benefit by getting ahead of the curve with first time home-buyers and being as educational as she can possibly be. I also would have appreciated her honest opinion a bit more - sometimes it felt like she was telling me what I wanted to hear. Otherwise she was very pleasant to work with and will no doubt continue to be successful as a realtor.

She did a excellent job in finding the right buyer to my home. Got me $10,000 more than I expected. Was very professional and in getting the job done. In making sure that everything was taken care of. She Did her job in a very professional manner. Everything went very well. All y'all got to say if I ever have another property to sell, she will be the one to sell it for me. both thumbs up! Managed to sell the house within two weeks. And found the right buyer. Anything more I say will be redundant about the professionalism of this real estate agent. thank you, Malikh Clark Ohh yeah did I mention. That she got me into the home I want it. Deb is by far the best of the best! She is patient, understanding and willing to go the extra mile without being asked. Most of the communication from the sellers came in after hours or on the weekend, but Deb was on it and kept us in the loop at all times. She was a trooper and worked very hard to make sure we had all our questions answered. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell :)
