Clayton has very good knowledge, skill and professionalism. But in spite of that he is a good, caring person that is genuinely looking for the best you can get in what you require. Whenever we looked at a house that looks good but had issues, I had no knowledge of Clayton immediately called it out. Easy to talk with and very encouraging. It took me a while to find something I really liked, putting off our search for a while in addition to being a caregiver for my father and the challenges he has. Clayton was patient, professional, kind and understanding of my situation. I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Jennifer, went over the top for my family. For not just one but TWO beautiful homes. She was always available for our all of our silly questions. She was always eager to drive any distance. Deb was phenomenal in every aspect of my search. As a first time home buyer she helped guide me with her 20 plus years of knowledge. There were so many things I would’ve never noticed or known to ask that she was able to point out throughout the entire process creating a seamless house search. From the search, to the offer and negotiation stage, to closing she made sure I was prepared. Her extensive knowledge of home repair and renovations also helped me see the full picture when considering properties. The best part is she never let her biases from experience impact my view. She would wait to let me ask a question or make a comment about something concerning I was seeing in a house and then step in with her comments which I greatly appreciated. She has great communication and any question I had she always responded same day. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home and especially first time home buyers. Our house search spanned over a year until we found the right that checked all of our boxes. Deb was very helpful and supportive along the way without ever being pushy. Even with the delays on the seller side, Deb was very diligent and went above and beyond to stay on top of things to make sure we made it closing.
