Neal was a wonderful help in our rushed first-time house hunt; we were moving from out-of-state and he did not blink at our hope to view dozens of houses in the few days' trip out here we could manage, just organized as full a docket as we could keep up with from a variety of locations and across our full price range. He provided valuable wisdom about building quality, helped us make sure we were getting a reasonable price while still submitting a competitive-enough bid to ensure we could secure housing on our limited timeframe, and offered to arrange a home inspection with a company he trusts (resulting in a report detailed enough to allow us to not just make sure we were making a sound purchase, but to understand which home improvements to prioritize post-purchase; it was a wonderful orientation to our new place!). It felt like we were getting the care of a family member or friend, and made what was otherwise a very stressful time so much easier.
