Amy has extensive knowledge of the market in Livingston county. I decided to look for a house at a tough time for the housing market. Amy was very upfront about how much the houses were actually worth and if she thought I would have any equity into the house. She was beyond helpful with many options in my price range. With Amy as my agent I knew she would not let me make a poor decision, she is trustworthy and kind. At the beginning I was against looking into condo's because I wanted a yard, she did some convincing and took me to look at some brand new build condos.
