I met Bev thru her postcard mailer. I live in Wa state. I was interested in selling my rental property in Ft Myers. She was very prompt to inspect the unit, being very respectful of the tenant's schedule. Knowing I had renovation to do, as it had been a rental for 12 years, she told me about her husband being a general contractor. I have to be honest, I was sceptical, as Florida has an ugly reputation for scamers and unscrupulious property managers and realtors. After a great phone interview with her and Norb I was willing to hire them. I flew out to inspect for myself as I am very well versed in renovations. Everything they suggested was neccesary and would promote a sale. The estimated amount was right on. Bev kept me informed and connected to the actions as they happened.
