Rick is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. We met him at Starbucks while he was paying for coffee for the people behind him. Very nice guy! He is professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the market. Our house was falling apart and we just didn't have the means to fix it. He was honest with us and didn't sugar coat anything and gave us topnotch treatment. He answered all our questions and was always available when we called or called us back right away and was present for every single step of the process. He took lots of pictures and wrote professional ads and treated us like he was selling a multimillion dollar home even though we were at the lower end of the housing market. He didn't just list it and disappear as a lot of agents do and he even followed up after the sale to see how we were doing. I would recommend him to anyone. I don't see how you could get a better real estate agent anywhere. He's he best real estate agent ever and also an awesome human being.
