Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our Florida condo. We live in Minnesota and were not able to travel, so starting with a virtual tour through the closing, Jason was there with very quick responses every step of the way answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Heather first helped us secure a rental when we were moving from out of state and no other agent was willing to help us because of the market being so crazy busy. She was patient and kind and answered all questions easing our minds 2500 miles away. After being in our rental and loving the area and our decision to establish homeownership in Florida Heather was our saving grace yet again. She showed us house after house, answered texts at all hours, was never pushy when putting in offers in such a competitive market and most of all was our calm when we found our dream house and negotiated with such confidence for us. After finding our dream house most agents would say congrats and move on. Well not Heather. She negotiated to help us get reimbursed from our rental since we were terminating the lease and has always been the captain on our team all things real estate. We are forever grateful for her and will absolutely work with her on any future real estate transactions. She’s become a lifelong friend and my first friend in Florida.
