Above and beyond!
Rich Rippetoe (and his team) is the only agent in the Tampa/Clearwater area I would ever imagine using. Not only does he have the years of experience (wisdom) in the real estate business, but he truly understands business and applies service. We have bought and sold two properties in the St. Pete/Clearwater area in the last ten years. Both times we relied on Rich for his professionalism, guidance, and service. Each time, we worked with Rich remotely. I.e. we had already moved out of the area or simply were selling a second residence property. The amount of extra service he provided (meeting plumbers, electricians for inspections and corrections, etc.) was far above and beyond I would have expected from an agent. We highly recommend this fine professional!

Engaging and Commitef
I can’t say enough about Carolina, she managed to get us an accepted offer despite the market and using a VA loan. She surpassed all of my expectations. Carolina listened to our wants and needs and 100% delivered. The entire time (4 months) we worked with Carolina I felt as if I was the only client she was working with. She is a world class Realtor and I would say I will use her when we sell…but Carolina found us our dream home and we are never leaving!

Wonderful realtor
Carolina helped make a stressful move so much easier by helping us find and purchase our first home. Moving to Tampa from out of state and trying to buy a home in an extremely hot market while not there was so stressful and overwhelming. But Carolina helped us feel confident and cared for through the whole process. She helped us understand the whole process and helped us secure housing when we weren’t sure we could. Rich know his business when it comes to real estate in the Tampa/St. Pete area. He brought us an impressive market analysis of condos that sold or were on the market in our area. He was always available to handle our questions and gave excellent feedback on showings of our unit. He handled all aspects of the sale and made it very easy to sell and close on our property.

Listed/sold condominium in Indian Shores
We selected Richard because of his excellent and thorough knowledge of the beach area of Indian Shores.He developed a marketing plan for our condominium and explained the selling process that included open houses.A video was created with the help of a drone which which made the property “come alive”.He managed to sell our condo surviving a COVID lockdown and an unforseen damage to the property.We received listing price within days back on the market.He is a professional at his trade.We would highly recommend him to sell your property.
