She developed an understanding of my desires of location, pricing, amenities, closing dates, and floor plans. All potential properties met my criteria and we’re all viable choices. She leveraged virtual showings and had a distinct strength in technology as I was an out of state buyer. All showings were accompanied with a very detailed CMA that resulted in an in depth understanding of the properties before I viewed them. Rich does everything he says he will do. He is professional, honest, a Very hard worker, and he know his business.
