Luz Colina has been my realtor for many years. Luz was so wonderful to work with! She kept us informed and updated throughout every step in the purchase of our new investment property. She educated us along the way and always has our best interests protected. The entire process went very smoothly, and she was available at all times when we had questions. Luz is very knowledgeable and highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience, being out of state, he made my life easier. Pleasure to work with. If work needed to be done, he made sure I get the job done cost effectively. He offered and lended services from fetching a handiman to a pro who could do the best job, much more than I expected. Already recommended to my friends and family.

I hired Carrie to represent the sale of our home due to her years of experience both locally and internationally. She and her team did an incredible job getting us tons of exposure to qualified buyers. She skillfully negotiated our contract and walked us through every step of the transaction. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone experienced in contracts, marketing and excellent at communication. Thanks Carrie for everything!

After firing 3 realtors we met Moraima in October she asked what we wanted and when we wanted to close. We said by thanksgiving which was only 1 mo not thinking it was realistic. Had we not been on vacation the that week we would have closed. Once we arrived from vacation we closed and were in our beautiful new home by December 8, which was less than 2 months from when we met her. She gave us her assurance that she would get in our home before Christmas and she came through. If you want someone that will fight, work hard for you and make your dream come true you need to call Moraima Hernandez TODAY. We wish we would have met her sooner. We can’t thank her enough.

She is so great. She goes out of her way day or night. I worked nights, she worked with my night shift. My first time buying experience went smoothly. Moriama is patient and she also educates you along the way.

Wendy is a very pleasant person. Always responded very timely with any questions I had. Along with her husband, Art, she handled our sale very well. Where their expertise really came through was at the end when negotiations got a little stressful. I believe both of us (buyer and seller) were happy with the final outcome.

Michael Miskiv is the epitome of courtesy, integrity and professionalism. His knowledge of the local market combined with his negotiation skills made it a breeze to purchase our new home. He always had or found the answers to all of our questions and was always prompt in his responses. Michael has gone above and beyond as our agent and it was a pleasure working with him.

As 1st time home buyers, we had no clue where or how to start the process. We’ve worked with several realtors before we found Moraima! She was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process! She made sure we had all the necessary tools and knowledge with buying our home. She was always available when we had questions and every time we needed her. With her help, we were able to close on our new home with the seller paying for our closing costs! Thank you, Moraima!
