She worked tirelessly for us, communicating at lighting speed, staying on top of all parties involved, advocating for us, advising us. We often wondered if she had other clients because she was ALWAYS there for us whenever we had a question or there was an update on our transaction. Emily was very helpful and spent the time to listen to our needs and find us a terrific house. She was detail oriented when negotiating the sales contract. We were out of state coming in for a short visit and Emily dedicated the week to us. She also went to preview houses before we arrived in Florida which saved us time. Wendy was an absolutely fabulous relator to work with. She worked tirelessly on the closing on our house to make sure it went through. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She listened to want we want and needed in a house. She pointed us to houses and neighborhoods that fit our budget and our desired commute time. She was constantly available to give us advice and was very patient with this first time home buyers. She calmed my nerves and made me feel completely comfortable during the whole process.
