Patient, persistent, and communicative are only a few attributes that describes our experience with Mr. Sean Waterman. A little background first, my wife and I had an horrible experience with our first realtor. Our first realtor was pushy, always pushed her listings on to us, and had scheduling conflicts. We fired her. We went with another realtor and it was the same issue, so we backed out of looking for a house due to realtor issues and market uncertainty. We were nervous about entering the housing market again, knowing we had to compete with the whole world and of course market uncertainty. We needed someone persistent, communicative, and ready to go when something appeared on the market, someone who could work for us, a buyers agent. We found Sean and gave him a shot. Sean was very educated and never made us feel pressured. He would speak up and mention if something felt off with the house, property or neighborhood. The stand out was that we live in Tampa and Sean lived in Saint Pete. When we wanted to see a house in Tampa, he was there the same day! In a crazy uncertain market, you need someone smart, dedicated and passionate about their career who can be there for YOUR needs. When we finally found our house and made the offer, there was lots of negotiating going, an epic battle of wits. We were nervous because we wanted this house. I told Sean to work his magic, magic that would make Gandalf look like a first year Hogwarts student. Sean did not disappoint. Sean may give off a frat boy vibe, but don't let that fool you,he conjurers up the best magic. He works for you.
