Our sales experience with Roberta and Carolyn was outstanding. They did their best to find us a buyer. The market in Sarasota is quite slow, compared to several years ago, so it took a little time. Then all of a sudden we had two offers at once. We were able to get a timely closing so we could get our move back to NY State underway. Carolyn had also helped us line up a packing company, moving company and a cleaning service so we could leave the new owner with a nice clean house. Both Roberta and Carolyn will work hard for you.
