I was lucky enough to be introduced to Roberta and her team during a particularly challenging time of my life. I was in need of a new home quickly and Roberta and her team were with me from start to finish. I needed to move quickly with little disruption to my life. I had an idea of what I wanted, but found it difficult to focus on where to start looking. With Roberta’s guidance, within a very short period of time (I think it was just days), I had appointments to see houses in my price range. I can confidently say, no matter your price range, Roberta gives 110% of her time and attention to the process of finding the home you want. When I found the home I wanted to make an offer on, Roberta didn’t hesitate to help me decide by offering follow-up showings so I could be certain of my choice. She has an extensive list of vendors she offered referrals for throughout the process, from inspection, to repairs, to movers. I felt like the process was seamless and easy at a time when I needed a stress-free move. I feel like once my sale was finalized, I still have a resource in Roberta’s office. I almost feel like I bought my home with a family friend who understood all my very specific needs around this special sale.
