I have done at least 5 transactions with Tyler: a second home, a property on which to build, and investment properties. When I have listened to Tyler's advice, my purchases have gone smoothly, and my investment properties have made money. (I made this mistake once of thinking I knew what I was doing, and didn't listen when he tried to talk me out of it. BOY DID I LEARN MY LESSON.)
