What a great realtor! I told Deanna what my desires were for a forever home in Florida. Not only did she meet them, she exceeded them. She found us a “Penthouse” with killer views of Boca Ciega Bay highlighted by the Don CeSar Hotel from the 11th floor! It was a bit more than what we thought we wanted to spend but after seeing the cost of ownership per month, it worked!. The value of what we have compared to what we would have settled for is immense. In a seller’s market, it is important for the best properties to see and make an offer right away. She found it on day 0, went the same day, and put an offer on it. What was impressive is that she did not stop there. Deanna continued to negotiate on our behalf getting us the furniture and early occupancy while under contract. Could not have asked for a more personable, detailed, and professional negotiator on our behalf. She truly wants the best for her clients.
