What a great realtor! I told Deanna what my desires were for a forever home in Florida. Not only did she meet them, she exceeded them. Bob did an excellent job of dealing with the advertising, handouts and multiple showings that took place. On some days there were 3. We worked together to provide a two page handout to show the premium work and detail on this lake front home. We wanted to deal with concerns about the selling price which we stuck to. With the typical walk through of only 45 minutes buyers really don't see the detail and of course have not adjusted to the higher prices these days caused in many cases by the updated and strict building codes. Stunning lake front views come with a price, about $100,000 extra. The devil is in the details when selling a home and a good broker needs to know these. Bob met that goal.
