Raised in a military family, William has lived in Colorado, Alaska, Texas and Georgia before finally landing here in Florida. He enjoys the constant warm weather, good times with family & friends, games and good food. Real estate has always interested him and he enjoys the process of analyzing homes. With a keen eye for the condition of homes and a toolbox full of real estate knowledge, he brings value to every transaction. As a 'military brat' he also has more than his fair share of helpful knowledge for those relocating from out of state and has done more than a few transactions for remote buyers.

Exceptional knowledge of the real-estate industry

The best of the best!

Knowledgeable

WILLIAM and I had corresponded for a few months before we were finally able to meet in person and look at properties. At each location, he pointed out problems and also bonus features that I might have missed. When I decided to make an offer, he made everything run smoothly even when he discovered it was best to close quickly. At all times I felt like he was working with my best interest in mind. I would not only recommend him, but I will use him in the future.

This guy works hard for you and your business. I have never trusted a realtor so much!

Just from Searching to closing this guy is here for you all the way. I don’t know how many times I reached out to him and he always responded in a timely manner and almost always responded with a solution. Just a professional and the type of people we need in this business I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone buying a home in the Brevard County area.

Our experience with William was the best, His expertise knowledge of developing communities and continuing growth of the city made our decision a lot easier. William was at our first walk-through, his extra set of eyes and expertise allowed us to see things and ask questions we would have missed and not asked if William had not been there. William Is a kind and friendly person which makes all the difference when purchasing a home due to it being very stressful, so to have a realtor, like William was the best.
