Jon was the best I could possibly ask for in a real estate agent. He was on top of everything from day one, fast response times, a go getter in every way. I was buying my first home and I had a lot of inexperience about the whole process. Ann gave me a lot of suggestions on what to do to sell my house after I found one I was ready to buy. I followed her advise and after 2 1/2 days on the market I had 10 good offers. She helped me through the whole process since I am not super tech smart. Even after all was done she was still available if I needed help. It was listed higher than I imagined and sold for even more.

In a chaotic market where cash was king, Ann found us a home that met our main goal of 4 bedrooms. We purchased for the list price and closed in 30 days. Brandon is exceptionally connected in the entire Gulf area. He was recommended by my son in law, and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. I was looking for a very specific condo with very specific features. We spent an entire day looking all over the area. This helped me define where I wanted to be, and from there it was a matter of waiting for the right unit to come up. End result is I now have a home with everything I wanted. If you are looking for an agent to buy/sell I would say stop here and pick Natasa Vasilev. Everything went very smoothly. she was with us through everyting, very caring and amazig person!!
