Fran is a fantastic realtor and I highly recommend him. I grew up in a real estate family and can easily say that Fran is one of the best! He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Fran offers a rewards program for first responders, military, law enforcement, teachers, and health care workers. The extra cash at closing came in very handy. Fran has continued to stay in touch even months after the sale. He regularly checks in to see if we need any advice or referrals. We could not have asked for a better person as Bill. Very knowledgeable about the area and if you didn’t know something he’s researched and found all the information anybody could need. Was a pleasure working with him. Our Condo sold on the first day on the market. Bill was awesome. Kept us informed every step of the way. We live in Mo and he got our condo sold in Fl. Tolmond was very professional and prompt with responses to any questions. I rated him 4 stars because of the problems with him sending the correct papers for me to sign for the sale. I think he wasn't sure about the correct papers for a land sale vs a home sale. Also, he wasn't upfront about his fee or the amount that I had to pay him in the end. That would've been nice to know upfront. Just say, hey, btw, you will owe me $450 or whatever at closing. Overall, he was ok to work with.

Nelson was the perfect agent for me. He is knowledgeable, personable and bi lingual so he can help you navigate through agents and clients who speak Spanish.
