Polina is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and works diligently, round the clock to find you the perfect home. She understands your needs and offers to check only what is the best fit for you. Always tell you the plus and minus of the place. Not only is she thorough with the process, but she also made sure to walk me through every step towards the closing. She was on top of every detail and coordinated the communication between every party involved. Extremely patient and calm .. always ready to help when you need her. As we were out of state, she was checking the house on each stage as it was built, even doing different walkthroughs for us. She was prompt in answering text messages & emails even at odd hours. She made sure that I remembered the deadlines and was prepared for all the paperwork and financial matters. I could not recommend her more highly!

Living in Boston we had visited Sarasota a few times on vacation before we decided to sell our home and relocate. Carissa seemed to be highly recommended on a few Facebook groups. At first we thought we wanted to be in LWR but also had no idea of so many other gated community options in Sarasota. We did a few phone calls from Boston with Carissa before moving. We rented for a year in Palmer Ranch while we explored anywhere from LWR to S.Sarasota to Wellen Park in Venice. Sarasota/Venice is so big that Carissa wanted us to decide our preferred location before pushing forward which is understandable. There are so many factors to weigh (resale, new build, amenities, location, schools to name a few). Ultimately we decided on attempting Skye Ranch, but they weren’t initially building the floor plan we were interested in. Carissa has a great relationship with a lot of the sales people (as we saw in Skye Ranch) as well as I’m sure LWR. She was able to negotiate us a great deal with incentives when the floor plan we wanted became available again, and likely due to her relationship with sales office also they were in touch with her when another opportunity arose. She was knowledgeable in recommending an inspector she knew to hold the new builder accountable to document issues that either needed to be resolved before closing or included as items on to-do list post closing. She also went above and beyond to make closing day feel really special and memorable. We are so happy in our new home and location and thankful to have used her.

I met Bill through one of his work colleagues when I was living in Canada. I was interested in purchasing a house in North Port, and needed someone local to help with the process when I came down for a week. Bill not only showed me 12 houses in the week that I came house shopping, but he also made sure to explain to me what the positives and negatives of each house were. Being a construction manager by profession, I could tell Bill had a clear understanding of what was important, and what had value while showing me the houses. When we expressed interest in a house that was north of I-75, Bill advised me of the risks of proper internet service and cell phone reception (as he realized I work from home). He also was very concerned with flood risk in the area, and through further investigation, we discovered the house had significantly flooded during Hurricane Ian. We finally found the perfect house for us in the final days of our house shopping visit. It met all the criteria we were looking for, and was in the price range we were looking for. We placed an offer and it was accepted, contingent on home inspection going well. At this stage, Bill now educated us about the inspection process and the insurance company requirements, as well as the personal benefit of these inspections. Bill introduced me to an excellent Building Inspector, who provided detail reports and confirmed that the house met insurance company requirements. The Septic Tank Inspector discovered the tank was in poor shape, and gave me the ability to negotiate a credit from the seller during the sales process. Bill finally introduced me to some great insurance agents who helped me secure a policy on the home prior to closing. Overall, I found Bill to be attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and a key asset during the real estate transaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Southwest Florida!
