Our overwhelming search for a home in Florida began with YouTube videos of Tom and Shirley driving through communities within Clermont. A simple phone call to them and we discovered a very friendly and accommodating couple that was very understanding of our needs and interests. Tom and Shirley helped us navigate the buying process providing great information about how to successfully navigate the competitive market and in representing our interests in the sale. During the build, they visited our site and did FaceTime with us , as well as sending progress videos and photos to help us track our build. The builder sent us a few photos, but Tom and Shirley ensured we had a full regular picture of everything happening with our build. They ensured all our questions were answered along the way. They helped us locate a home inspector who did a great job, They helped us navigate a long distance closing.
