Hello, my name is Alishia Poorman, I'm a realtor with Polter Real estate in Fremont, Ohio. I list homes, sell homes, and help investors hunt down the next money maker. I went to Terra Community college, receiving a marketing Degree in Real estate. I attended Salem University and received a Degree in Business Administrations. I work full time in Real estate whether shopping with clients daily, watching the market trends, searching foreclosures web sites, learning the newest bank loans, grants, and first-time buyer opportunities. Watching the market and finding the best deals is what makes my career in real estate long lasting, helping my community with their needs. Since I love what I do, I never work a day in my life. Denise Pfefferle Workman grew up in Fremont until she moved to Clyde in 2009 after marrying her husband Sonny Workman. Her knowledge Fremont, Clyde and surrounding areas make Denise an expert where she lives, works and plays. Selling real estate was a natural progression from her work as an interior designer, mortgage assistant and most recently new home construction where she work with clients in the various stages of building their dream home.

Jaime is a Toledo native, and make Fremont her home to raise her daughter. She was an active “swim mom” for many years, and participated in many roles in the local swim clubs. Now that her daughter is grown, Jaime has been able to focus all of her attention on her passion in Real Estate. For Jaime, its really about the relationship and friendships she is able to build that make this career so rewarding!
Jaime decided to open her own real estate company, alongside her Husband Steve, so that she could have a bigger local impact on her community than larger firms are able to offer. Jaime is an avid gardener, and really enjoys cooking and entertaining. She is also a homebrewer, and is the co-founder of the Fremont Homebrew Throwdown (a local homebrewers event) She and her husband enjoy travelling, especially to enjoy a lively food and craft beer atmosphere.

FUN..her charisma an knowledge made what could of been stressful exciting an fun.if q
If we had questions she had answers or got answers...an we had lots of questions. As for negotiations we asked for things an she came through or very close to exactly what we wanted..as for market knowledge she had so much info on what's out there. Im not sure what to say here other then all my kids love her an im so fortunate to of met her accidently at an open house now I feel like I have a new friend that even though we have our house she hasnt forgotten us an we will never forget her..she is amazing..

Puts the person before the property
As a first-time buyer, I was wary of the entire process. I'm well aware that realtors often push naive buyers into purchases they aren't ready for, focusing only on closing a sale to earn a commission. Brittany is a stunning example of the opposite. She remembers that she's helping someone find not just a property to buy, but a *home.* At every step of the process, Brittany went out of her way to stay actively involved in our communications, and explain things as thoroughly as possible. If something was possibly a sly tactic by a seller, she didn't hesitate to point it out, and explain how best to navigate that. Above all, she was laser focused on figuring out what our needs were for a home and finding something that could fulfill that - even if the listing didn't look like it at first. The best thing I can say for her is that the very day we met, I left feeling like I'd already met a family friend. Brittany perfectly balances the role of needing to do her job as a realtor, while still genuinely caring about the people she's working with. The market being as atrocious as it is right now, and yet her still being willing to help someone with virtually no savings find a four bedroom house in a reasonable price range, is testament to that fact.

Made the first time home buying experience feel empowering and wonderful
For a first time home buyer: Brittney is your woman! Home buying initially felt overwhelming and scary, but she really helped me feel empowered each step of the way. I felt like I had someone in my corner helping me understand all the details, answering all my questions (no matter how big or small), and giving honest feedback. A plus: she was able to break down things in a way that was easy to understand. Also, another "biggie", Brittney was able to accommodate my busy schedule from work to kids to activities, allowing me to find my perfect home on my time. Brittney truly helped make me feel at ease and educated throughout the whole process!
