Coming from a family of stellar FL Realtors, I knew this would be my passion to help those looking for a place to call home. I am a FL Native, born in St. Pete & raised in Citrus County. I have watched Citrus County grow & change throughout 30 plus years. When searching for a local Realtor, I believe it is so important to have someone who is honest & knows the area extremely well. Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined.

Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates. Lindsey was with us up to and including the closing. A charming young woman who is dedicated to her work and her clients.

totally satisfied

Lindsey was pro-active in asking me what features I was looking for, and then researched properties to find ones that she thought I might be interested in and arranged viewings. When I decided on the property that I was primarily interested in Lindsey arranged a 2nd viewing of that property. From my review of the on-line material and the viewing I had many questions about various facets of the property, which Lindsey then proceeded to resolve (some thru records search and some thru communication with the seller's agent). Some of the findings from the inspection and the appraisal required negotiation with the seller. Lindsey kept me informed of the status of everything that was going on, as well as educating me on the home buying process since this was my first experience doing this. I am totally satisfied with Lindsey's professional knowledge and her dedication to getting me into the house I wanted.
