Well...let me be the very first to tell you this.... Ciara Babies is NOT your average Realtor. She TRULY cares for her clients with a sincere passion and goes beyond the call of duty for you!!! I am approaching my mid 50's. I am a single woman who earns a decent living - but I do not have millions. I have a grown son with 3 grandchildren and wanted to find my "golden years" home - I found several places in the low to mid $100,000 - we all know there is not a ton of commission for realtors in this range; however, Ciara treated me as if I were one of her million dollar clients. She went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. From brilliant negotiations with the listing agent and sellers to ensuring a smooth closing with the Title Company. Michael Nolan has been a great real estate professional from the selling my old home to buying my new home which by the way is the home of my dreams, he has been on top of everything and always kept me on check with all legalities, and with the buying/selling process. Michael has great knowledge of Hillsborough county in general, knows were all the great spots are and has great insight on where the "booming markets" are. Michael was very expedient on all documentation needed to process for buying/selling and was always ready to lend his hand with any type of struggle I was in, in the middle process of selling and moving into my new home. What I like best about Michael is the way he respects his clients' wishes. We have worked with multiple real estate agents over the past handful of years, and they have always made me feel as if I am not the one in charge. They tried to push me out of my desired neighborhood or price range, and they were hesitant to do some of the things I requested (which in my opinion were not unreasonable requests). Not Michael. He made it a relatively painless transaction.

Michael has been my property manager for over 2 years and he has done an incredible job seeking, screening, and finding tenants as well as maintaining my rental property. I live out of state which made it extremely difficult to manage the property but then Michael was recommended to me. He is professional, courteous, reasonable, and completely reliable.
