We got into contract several times, but with her due diligence, we were able to figure out that it wasn't the right property or something was up with it. We had then given up hope and Michelle sent us a property that she said "This is the one, I know it." We then reviewed it and it ended up being the perfect property which we got! We had a unique building that we placed in the hands of Netti and her company to sell for us. Right from the start, we knew we had made the right decision. Netti explained the direction she would take for a successful sale and recommended what we should do to facilitate a quick sale. We took her advice, and our building was ready for sale in no time and was now ideal for buyers. Not only was Netti concerned about us, the sellers, but she was also concerned that a buyer would get everything from the building they wanted. I’ve used several realtors over the years to sell places and Mike is far and away the best. Not only does he work hard to get an offer, with multiple open houses, he stays on top of everything is always willing to push the buyers and their agents to get the best offer. He also has a huge network and able to get plenty of feedback to make sure we obtained the highest price possible. Finally, once we were under contract, Mike was there every step of the way to ensure that the closing went smooth, including assisting with inspection issues. Truly the easiest sale experience I’ve ever had and I’d happily use Mike again, both as a listing and buying agent.

We bought a house in St. Pete remotely and Mike toured all of the homes looping us in virtually and advising us on properties in the area. He helped us put together competitive but reasonable offers in a crazy market. He was also present for all inspections and handled the process during close seamlessly while we were in NC. Mike will be our property manager going forward and we're looking forward to working with him!
