He managed my property as a rental and then acted as my agent in the sale of my property. He’s the guy that goes the extra mile. He examined all issues raised by my tenants himself with eyes on. With years of experience, he was able to address many of them himself at NO cost to me. When it was time to sell, he did all the pictures and advertising. Just a full service guy not out to nickel and dime you. He is from a military family and exudes those great values. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Michael has been in Tampa Bay Area a long time and it shows through with his Market Knowledge. Pricing the property appropriate for a fairly quick sale. He was always available via text or call, and communication was clear. He even went above and beyond to help clean the place up with new paint. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay area and helped us find the perfect home after an exhaustive process of filtering through the fluff. Upon home visits, most realtors pump up the positives and gloss over the negatives until you bring them up. Not Mike. He was very honest and quick to point out negative aspects of houses before the positives, which can greatly help when determining true value and immediately established a level of trust I've never seen in realty. He also has an uncanny eye for cover-ups (issues hidden under the surface) and was a ferocious negotiator through every stage of the buying process. His interaction with opposing realtors was competition, and Mike is a winner. I would highly suggest for any and all real estate needs and will be using him for future investment properties as well.

I’ve heard horror stories about buying a house and all the run around people have gotten. That was not the case for us. From the start of getting prequalified to home searching in the area we had to be in, through the whole closing everything was so smooth and seamless! Laura was professional thorough and just on top of it! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first home buying experience and I’m so glad we chose her. Michael has been the property manager for my property since 2011. During this time I've had several different tenants. Michael did extensive background checks on each one which resulted in quality tenants. He's immediately responsive to any tenant issue or needed repair. He is also always available to me. I couldn't ask for a better property manager.
