Jerry sold my condo within a week of listing well above asking. He was respectful of the tenants and helped notifying them and with continued communication. Through no fault to Jerry, there was one roadblock after another with the buyers realtor not responding, repairs that needed done, a complete teardown and rebuild of one room, deeds that weren't filed properly in the past, a tenant not moving out on time, etc. Throughout it all Jerry was on top of each step, pushing through assertively, calling the other realtor and loan officer endlessly until he got favorable responses, emailing the title company dealing with each new issue immediately, keeping me informed and giving expert advise, he recommended the best handyman, negotiated changes in the sell terms, even paid for a loan extension when the repairs weren't done in time. He is definitely the Realtor you want on your side. Genuinely, the best, most honest and hardworking person that went above and beyond the call of duty.

Tammy is a no nonsense, straight shooting agent that will do everything she can to get you the house you want. She brings that personal touch to buying a home that is rare find in an agent nowadays. Andrea did. Great job fir us she was our second realtor the first didn’t even secure an offer Andrea got us an offer and a buyer within a month we worked through the home inspection and the settlement went like clockwork

Rizwana is the best Realtor by far, without exaggeration! Im an out of state buyer and I was looking for properties in NJ and PA; she never questioned why I couldnt visit the properties, she just went out of her way and sent me extra pics and videos of the ones I had interest in. She knows all the local vendors such as inspectors and contractors and she alwqys provided excellent referrals for housework. Ive worked with 3 other local realtors, but they didnt compare to her, with her unmatched professionalism and motivation for every client. She's awesome!

I met Andrea a year or so before actually listing my house with Long and Foster. She noted I had just come off the market and wanted to stop by to meet me and discuss my experiences. We connected from the start and remained in contact over the next year sending a greeting from time to time.
