We found our home thanks to Bryan Woodall! My fiancé and I are so grateful for Bryan for sticking with us through this exciting and trying time. We started our search with Bryan in February and as we were told by many people just to wait, Bryan reminded us to power through the ups and downs and we will find our place. We did just that and after look at a handful of house, narrowing it down to exactly what was best for us, (price range, room to grow, etc.) on Tuesday July 19th, we made settlement in our new home! I am a first time homeowner and I started working with Bryan in the middle of one of the most difficult markets in history for homebuyers. With scarce inventory and inflated prices, Bryan could have easily convinced my girlfriend and I to make compromises, however he was bluntly honest about listings he did not feel were fairly valued and waited patiently with us until we found the perfect starter home - one that had everything we were looking for within budget and with great potential for appreciation.
