Dave was excellent throughout this process. I’d recommend him to anyone looking in the area. He was thorough and knowledgeable about both the local real estate market and the national one that was impacting our search.

AnnMarie Germano is by far the BEST real estate agent in Delaware! She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, neighborhoods, etc. She goes above and beyond and definitely has your back. She made us feel comfortable every step of the way with both selling our home and buying our new home and made sure everything worked out as it should. We even settled on both houses the same day. AnnMarie is a Rock Star! Put your complete trust in AnnMarie, you will not regret it!

Randy went above and beyond for us multiple times. He made this process as seem less as possible despite the hiccups along the way. He continued to go to bat for us until the process was finished. Since then he has checked in multiple times and followed up when necessary. We passed his info along to our parents and siblings who are now in the market for buying.
