While other well connected realtors in our neighborhood strive to lower prices, for the clear purpose of selling fast and charging a commission based on the sale, working with Susan Hessler was a pleasure where she listened to our needs and requests for pricing our home correctly so it would sell in a realistic time frame. The proof is that we sold in less that 3 months and few days after the buyer saw our home for the first time, while other properties lingered on the market for over a year. Also the average for selling homes in our area is way above this time. We sold it due to the excellent condition of our home plus being patient and waiting for the right person to show up.

Susan is an honest and trustworthy person to put our home on the market with. She was patient and listened to our needs, pricing the home in order to sell but not to give away. I recommend her with no hesitation, after dealing with over 6 real estate transactions in my lifetime. She was always available for showing our home as potential buyers requested, and played a crucial role to have a seamless transaction.

We had Susan Hessler when we purchased this house back in 2007 with Patterson-Schwartz. She was exceptional then showing us around looking for a house. We wanted her to also help us sell the same house she helped us purchase. Thank you, Susan & Patterson-Schwartz for all you have done for us.

The properties listed were rental units. Real estate agent Susan Hessler did a remarkable job. She was helpful on many issues that occurred during the sale of the properties.
